Vision 2030 is more than a strategic plan – it is a bold promise to the families and communities we serve. It reflects our unwavering commitment to deepen our impact with integrity, courage and purpose. With a foundation of listening to community, families, team members and service partners, Vision 2030 marks a transformational shift to a dynamic engine of empowerment and opportunity.

Through this process, we took a hard look at who we are, how we operate and what our communities truly need to sustain and grow. What became clear is that our future is not defined by doing more work-it is defined by doing the right work. Work that breaks down systemic barriers. Work that ensures every child enters school ready to succeed and every family has the strength, stability and support to realize their dreams.

As we step into this next chapter, we do so with clarity, conviction and hope-honoring almost two centuries of standing beside families while boldly reimagining what is possible for the generations ahead.

2030 Strategic Plan Pillars

Through our collaborative and iterative strategic planning process, five priorities emerged for Family Focus in order to achieve our 2030 Vision:

• Attract, Develop, & Retain Passionate Individuals
  Our community-aligned mission requires top-tier talent. We will protect staff capacity, reduce vacancy times and drive internal mobility by investing in leadership development and regular pay equity reviews.

• Assess Community Needs & Gaps
  Building and listening go hand-in-hand. We commit to aligning programs with our Community Needs Assessment, breaking down silos to operationalize true continuum of care, and actively advocating for policy changes that dismantle systemic barriers for our families.

• Scaffold Comprehensive & Meaningful Programming
  We will ensure warm handoffs and prevent service gaps for families in our care ecosystem. Further, we will align our efforts to deliver a true “Whole Family” approach to program delivery.

• Drive Evaluation Outcomes & Continuous Improvement
  We will build a centralized, Already data infrastructure and a dedicated Evaluation Team to drive Continuous Quality Improvement, while proactively preparing our families for the external economic shifts driven by technology.

• Secure Mission-Aligned Funding & Partnerships
  We will practice intentional resource allocation, diversify funding, and build a financial foundation built to last to withstand economic volatility. To fuel this growth, we will drive brand awareness through localized digital outreach and storytelling.
