How Your Gift Helps

Your gift helps Family Focus provide programs and services that can change the future for children and families all around the Chicago metropolitan area.
 

How can you help?

$1,000* – Sponsors a teen mother with an entire year of home visits, parent workshops, career and academic planning, and access to comprehensive medical services.

*a gift of this amount qualifies you for our Family Focus Leadership Circle

$500 – Provides Microsoft certification, ESL or GED classes to help parents become economically self-sufficient and independent.

$250 – Sponsors summer camp for one of our kids, keeping them safe, active and learning all year long.

$100 - Provides a day of afterschool programming for five students and educates them about their personal responsibilities and boundaries, providing positive alternatives to premature sexual activity, early parenthood, school dropout and gang violence.

$50 – Funds drop-in sessions for parents enrolled in our parenting classes and purchases multicultural books to introduce a preschooler to the love of reading.

The Family Focus Leadership Circle

This select group has made children and families a priority by giving $1,000 or more annually to Family Focus. 

Donors receive invitations to upcoming events, the annual meeting, and symposiums. 

Personalized center tours and recognition in our annual report are just other ways in which we thank our donors for making a difference.
